Also, they will allow 250,000 inodes before you will be asked to move to VPS or dedicated server.
With Business SSD Hosting from 247-Host.com, you get 20x faster load times with Pure SSD drives. These plans are really shared plans with SSD hard drives. The industry standard is 30 for a money-back guarentee. So, 247-Host does have a decent money-back guarantee. A lot of host ServerPronto (7 days), SingleHop (7 days), and Virpus (3 days) have shorted guarantees. Theirs is 45 days.
Choose Server Location
Finally, one thing I do like about 247-Host.com is you can choose your server location. Since they have 7 datacenters you have a lot of options. No matter if you choose the lowest shared plan or the most expensive dedicated plan. They allow you to choose your datacenter.
247-Host.com Performance & Uptime
The speed of their hardware affects your sites speed. Also, limiting the number of sites on shared servers can help sites run fast. 247-Host.com does have good speed. Some of their plans come with SSD hard drives. There is a shared, VPS, and dedicated plan. Not all of them come with SSD, though. You have to make sure you select SSD if you want it.
However, my research shows that site owners are happy with their site’s speed. I find only a few minor things. Nothing that really stands out though. So, you can expect your website to load fast with 247-Host.com.
Uptime is a must. When you sign up for a host they need to be up as close to 100% as possible. They have a 99.99% uptime guarantee. If your site goes down 247-Host will credit your account for the downtime.
Their admins do monitor their network 24/7. However, they do not have a section on their site where you can see the status of their servers. Other host like A2 Hosting have been doing this for years. I do wish they would do the same. But, uptime is solid with them. My research backs it up. I could not find many bad things about their uptime. Therefore, since people are not groaning about downtime I feel they are good.
247-Host.com Customer Support
I have been stressing for years that you need good customer support. A host can not lack in this area. If support does lack it will make your life harder. A lot of site owners are finding this out the hard way. How good is 247-Host.com’s support?
Live chat is the best way to contact 247-Host.com. They are around 24/7, as their name suggest. Phone support is available 24/7. Support tickets are another way to contact them. They do have lots of video tutorials. These are great and show you how to use cPanel, Plesk, FTP, etc.
My research shows that 247-Host support is good. I have checked with many hosting review sites. I have found that they are rated highly for great support. Therefore, I do not have any issues with support. Your issues will be fixed quickly.
