Infinology logoInfinology was established in 1998 and is offering you with a wide array of hosting solutions to use with Microsoft Windows NT or 2000, FreeBSD, or Linux. This business has two data centers you can find in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles (California). The hosting company is boasting its great outsourcing and internet infrastructure. It operates in four main divisions namely low-cost, premium, virtual dedicated server, and website development. It comes with a reliable platform which can deliver its website hosting services. They take full responsibility of their hosting infrastructure which most e-commerce websites need. They also promise to focus on website services which enable users to use internet applications and push content.

But, I am going to show why there are better options other than Infinology in this review.

Infinology Features

Infinology can offer its customers with a first-class website hosting solution which can include the use of a free website domain. They also offer 5,000 email addresses, 9GB space, 50 GB of traffic, among others. Their service is only for $6.95 per month. They also offer a plan that comes with website log analyzing statistics.

They offer you with a 24-hour customer support using a toll-free number. However, you might deal with a serious problem contacting them. There are many times that your calls won’t be attended to. You might even be directed to a recorded message which tells you that a technician will just return the call. However, you can’t expect them to call you back. This company isn’t as reliable as Hostgator and InMotion. For a consolation, you can use their public forum for another means of support.

Infinology Performance

Infinology is a “slowmo”. When it comes to performance, the company has spent a lot of dollars for their infrastructure and security. They also use high-quality power connectivity and redundancy. The company also has two data centers which they house in a well-sealed underground to make their services up even during calamities. For this reason, they’re supposedly having a strong backup and emergency preparedness measures. Their technical team should be taking care of this company’s uptime guarantee. However, this company doesn’t have a reliable server and in fact your website will load so slowly.

Infinology Customer Service

Infinology has issues with customer service. There are customers saying that this company is actually good when they’ve first started with this hosting solution. However, you might notice that they’re losing interest along while you’re with them. This is one of the things that this hosting company has to look into consideration. If they won’t fix this problem about their company, let’s wait and see what happens to their hosting company within the next years. Another problem with this hosting company is that your website may become hacked many times. For this reason, you might as well conclude that this company cannot protect your business’ website. There are so many reports of this hosting company’s unsecured system.

Infinology Summary

Infinology is not your answer for web hosting. It looks like the reliable and efficient website hosting services this company is boasting about isn’t true at all. Although they’re blabbing about their greatness, it seems that most clients aren’t satisfied with the services of Infinology. It looks like this company would be closing down anytime soon, but still they run for the sake of those who’re still with them. If you’re looking for a reliable website hosting service, then you can check out Inmotion or GreenGeeks. Please leave your comments down below and thanks for reading.
